茶园土壤中铅形态的连续浸提测定方法研究

An Analysis Method Study of Sequential Extraction and Separation of the Chemical Form of Lead in Tea Garden Soil

摘要: 通过改进的连续浸提试验,将高铅茶园土壤及常态茶园土壤中铅的存在形态可分成6种形态:水溶态、可交换态、碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化物结合态、有机物结合态和残渣态,并用ICP-OES法检测了各种形态铅含量及总铅含量。结果表明,本提取测定方法精密度和准确性好,而且简便可靠。

Abstract: With modified sequential extraction and separation analysis method, lead in tea garden was divided into six fractions: water soluble, exchangeable, bound to carbonates, bound to Fe-Mn oxides, bound to organic matter, and residual. All the six forms of lead and total lead were determined with ICP-OES, showing that this method has good precision ,accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
