Abstract: Aluminum-tolerant associated gene of fungus ALF-1(Neurospora sp.) in rhizospheric soil of tea plant was cloned using rt-PCR technique. The gene expression was induced by aluminum treatment, and its sequence was 359 base pair (bp). The opening reading frame (ORF) was 260bp which situated from 100th to 359thbp, and encoded 86 amino acid residues. BLAST analysis showed that the gene sequence obtained was 50% identity to that of Arabidopsis thaliana (thale cress).
