Abstract: Progress and application of ecological functions of the sex pheromone of tea pests, herbivore induced tea volatiles, extraneous induction on resistance of tea plant, and behavioral regulation effect of secondary metabolites from nonhost on Ectropis obliqua Prout and Empoasca vitis (Göthe) were introduced. The construction and prospects on no-pollution control system of tea pests based on the current chemical ecology achievements was discussed.
