Abstract: The strain TS1 had been isolated from the soil of tea garden, through the determination performance of the bacteria plate experiment, it can produce the antagonistic performance to the ice nucleation active bacteria which existed on tea plant. According to morphological characteristics and 16βS rDNA sequence analysis, the strain TS1 were preliminary identified as the genus Bacillus subtilis. This paper makes it clear of the species and genus about strain TS1 and provides a good foundation for the biocontrol of tea plant frost injury.
