摘要: 主要介绍了国内外近红外检测分析技术在茶叶上的研究的进展情况,分析了目前近红外技术与其他检测分析相比存在的优缺点及限制其发展的主要原因,对近红外技术在茶叶上的应用前景和方向作出了展望,为近红外技术在茶叶上的应用和发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: The recent advance on the application of Near-infrared spectroscopy in tea was introduced in this paper. Its advantage and disadvantage in comparing with the other analytical methods were also analyzed. The main reasons which limited the development of near-infrared spectroscopic technique was analyzed and the range of the application in tea was predicted in the paper. This article also gives some advices about the development of near-infrared spectroscopy in tea.
