随着各国政府与消费者对食品质量安全的日益关注,对无污染、无公害食品的需求也逐渐增强,但作为无公害茶叶的较高层次——有机茶叶的供给却不见明显增长。本文抽取福建省383家茶叶企业进行有机茶生产选择行为的问卷调查,并通过二元Logit模型对获得的数据进行回归分析,以找出福建省茶叶企业有机茶生产选择行为的影响因素。调查结果表明,规模化效应因素、品牌因素等是影响福建省茶叶企业有机茶生产选择的主要因素;劳动力、资本、技术的投入对于茶叶企业有机茶的经济效益提升具有重要作用。
With the more attention paid on the quality safety of food by various government and their consumers, the demand on no pollution, pollution-free food is increasing, but the supply of organic tea was in significant increase. By data gained from 383 tea enterprises, this paper used the binary Logit model to find the influencing factors from choice action of organic tea production. The conclusion is that scale effect factors such as the size of base area, enterprise producing area for tea; brand factors such as brand at or above the provincial level showed positive effect on the organic tea production. The inputs of labor, capital and technology played an important role in the economic efficiency promotion of organic tea from tea enterprise.
