摘要: 以3个紫化茶树品种(系)(紫福星1号、紫娟、红叶1号)、2个绿叶品种(肉桂、福鼎大白茶)以及1个白化品系(白鸡冠)为供试材料,对主要呈色物质(花青素、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素)以及三类植物激素[脱落酸(ABA)、茉莉酸(JA)、水杨酸(SA)]的含量进行检测。结果表明,紫化茶树品种的花青素和ABA含量普遍较高,两者呈极显著正相关;ABA与叶绿素、类胡萝卜素则呈显著负相关。通过分析紫化茶树不同叶位的ABA与花青素含量,结合两者相关基因在不同叶色茶树叶片中的表达情况显示,ABA对茶树花青素合成起促进作用。

Abstract: Three purple tea cultivar, Zifuxing 1, Zijuan, Hongye 1, and two green leaf cultivar Rougui and Fuding Dabaicha, as well as the albino tea cultivar, Baijiguan, were used as test materials to reveal the relationship between the accumulation of color-presenting substances and endogenous hormones in tea plants. The contents of major color-presenting substances, anthocyanin, chlorophyll, carotenoids and phytohormones (ABA, JA and SA) were determined in different tea cultivars. The results show that purple teas generally contained higher anthocyanin and ABA contents, which showed a highly significantly positive correlation. While ABA had a significantly negative correlation with chlorophyll and carotenoids. The correlation between ABA and anthocyanin changing patterns among different leaf positions of purple tea and the expression patterns of relative genes were also analyzed, which indicates that ABA might play a positive effect on anthocyanin synthesis in tea plants.
