红茶中黄酮甙物质的分离纯化及结构鉴定

摘要: 采用柱层析、分析型HPLC及制备型HPLC结合对大吉岭红茶酯层提取物进行分离分析,得到两种黄酮甙的混合物,用HPLC/MS及NMR对黄酮甙的分子量及结构进行确认。

Abstract: Column chromatography, HPLC and prepared HPLC were used together to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extract of Dajielee black tea, and the mixture of two flavonol glycosides was obtained. The molecule NMR methods weights and structure of these two flavonol glycosides were identified by using the HPLC/MS and NMR methods.
