茶叶中HRGP分离鉴定及稀土诱导

对茶多糖中蛋白质的分离及组分测定表明, 茶叶中存在富含羟脯氨酸的糖蛋白( HRGP) , 羟脯氨酸与多糖呈紧密结合状态。在未经蛋白酶及Sev ag 法纯化的HRGP中, 羟脯氨酸含量约为8%~
10% ; 在纯化的HRGP中, 羟脯氨酸要占其中氨基酸组分的30% 以上。HRGP具水溶性, 可用煮提法制备, 茶渣中很少存在。HRGP与植物的抗性有关。在正常的茶树或经修剪造成损伤的茶树上, 喷
施稀土均可诱导其体内产生脯氨酸和使脯氨酸向羟脯氨酸转化。文中还对糖蛋白的提取、纯化条件,羟脯氨酸的存在状态、形成途径及稀土的诱导机理进行了讨论。

Hydroxyprol ine-rich Glycoprotein ( HRGP) Separation and Identification in Tea Leaves and Its Inducing by Rare Earths

The protein in tea polysaccha rides was separ ated and its components were identified. The results showed that there wa s hydroxy proline-rich gly coprotein (HRGP) in tea leaves and the hydorxy proline was in combination with tea polysaccharides. The content of hydroxy proline in HRGP purified by proteinase and Sevag method was over 30%, Unpurified HRGP about 8%-10%. HRGP could be dissolved in water and extracted by boiling water. There was little HRGP presented in tea residue. HRGP was related to plant hardiness. Spraying rare earths solution could induce tea plants to produce proline and promote it to be transformed into hydroxy proline whether tea plants were pruned or not. The conditions of separating and purifying glycoprotein, the existing pattern and formation way of hydroxy proline in tea plants and the mechanism o f hydroxyproline inducing by rare earths were also discussded in this paper.
