Abstract: Fifty years′ work of the Journal of Tea Science is summarized. Based on the data collection about the Journal of Tea Science, statistic analysis are carried out mainly focused on the sources of manuscripts, published papers, authors, authors′ institutions, and the quality and impact of the published paper. There are also discussions on improving its quality and better future development.
