中国精制茶加工企业技术效率的分析

摘要: 文章采用数据包络分析(DEA)法,基于2007年中国804个精制茶加工企业的投入产出数据,对中国精制茶加工企业的技术效率进行分析。结果表明中国精制茶加工企业平均技术效率较低,不同所有制形式的企业效率存在明显差异,外资企业技术效率低于国内资本企业,不同地区的精制茶加工企业技术效率差异较大,并根据结论提出了对应的政策建议。

Abstract: By using DEA method and data on input-output of 804 refining tea enterprises in 2007, an analysis on the technical efficiency of Chinese refining tea enterprises was conducted in this paper. The outcome indicates that the average technical efficiency of Chinese refining tea enterprises was rather low, and obvious difference existed in different forms of ownership of enterprises and different area, and efficiency of foreign enterprises was lower than that of Chinese enterprises. Accordingly the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
