EGCG3˝Me提取与分离工艺研究

摘要: 采用HPLC、聚酰胺树脂、HPTLC等技术手段,进行EGCG3˝Me的提取与分离纯化研究。通过正交实验表明,EGCG3˝Me最优提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数70%、回流时间30min、回流温度80℃、料液比1∶10,质量分数为0.89%。采用40%酒精、60%酒精进行冼脱时,有大量EGCG3˝Me富集。以甲醇∶氯仿=7∶2为洗脱剂,采用100~120目聚酰胺树脂进一步分离,可以得到纯度约为40%的EGCG3˝Me。

Abstract: :The extraction and separation process of EGCG3˝Me was studied by HPLC, polyamide resin and HPTLC methods. According to the orthogonal experimental design, the optimum extracting conditions of EGCG3˝Me were as follows: alcohol concentration 70%, reflux time 30 min, reflux temperature 80℃ and solid-liquid ratio 1:10. And the yield of EGCG3˝Me was 0.89%. Large amount of EGCG3˝Me was found in the elution of alcohol concentration 40% and 60%. With elution of methanol: chloroform (7:2), the high purity EGCG3˝Me was obtained by further separation and purification of 100~120 mesh polyamide resin.
