摘要: 随着人口老龄化以及社会竞争日益增长带来的压力,与脑相关的神经退行性疾病及精神疾病越来越严重地影响我们的生活质量。L-茶氨酸是茶叶中一种独特的非蛋白氨基酸,大量研究表明L-茶氨酸在预防和治疗脑疾病方面有明显功效。本文综述了L-茶氨酸在机体内的吸收与代谢以及在预防和治疗脑疾病方面的研究成果,希望能为L-茶氨酸的应用和功能产品开发提供参考。
