茶氨酸对ICR小鼠免疫功能的影响及其急性毒性初步研究

Effect of Theanine’s Immuno-enhancement and Acute Toxicity Based on ICR Mice

摘要: 以ICR小鼠为模型,对小鼠免疫学指标和急性毒性进行测定。免疫实验表明,茶氨酸对小鼠的免疫器官没有影响,但它能有效提高小鼠的碳廓清能力和显著增加小鼠迟发型超敏反应(Delayed type hypersensitivity,DTH)程度。急性毒性试验表明,茶氨酸对雌雄小鼠经口最大耐受量(MTD)均大于20.0g/kg,由急性毒理分级标准判定,属无毒类。

Abstract: The effect of theanine on immuno-enhancement ability was evaluated. Results showed that theanine nearly has no impact on mice immune organs. And theanine could effectively enhance the clearing ability of mice. Theanine could also effectively increase the DTH of mice in DNFB induced tests (all does groups being higher compare with the model does), and especially, the high does increased most. The maximal tolerance dose (MTD) on theanine is more than 20.0g/kg, which illustrate theanine is non-toxic.
