应用叶绿素荧光法鉴定茶树品种抗寒性的研究

Study and Identification of Cold Resistance of Camellia Sinensis by Chlorophyll Fluorescence Method

摘要: 叶绿素荧光技术在植物抗逆性研究中具有良好的应用前景。以电导法测定结果为参照,研究适合鉴定茶树抗寒性的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm配合Logistic方程测定的茶树品种抗寒能力与电导法的结果相一致:舒茶早>皖茶91>平阳特早茶,而Fv/Fo、Fm、Fo测定的结果则与之不相符。叶绿素荧光法在植物抗逆性鉴定过程中比电导法方便快捷,干扰因素少,可作为鉴定茶树品种抗寒性的一种新方法。

Abstract: Application of chlorophyll fluorescence technique has shown a favorable prospect in the research field for plant resistance. In the present research, referring to the measurement results by electrolyte conductivity method, appropriate chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were studied for the determination of cold resistance of tea plants. The results showed that the cold resistance of different tea cultivars measured by chlorophyll fluorescence parameter Fv/Fm with logistic equation was the same as which were obtained by electrolyte conductivity method: cv.Shuchazao> cv.Wancha91> cv.Pingyangtezao. However, the determination conclusions by Fv/Fo, Fm and Fo were not correspond to the result acquired by electrolyte conductivity method. For the determination of plant resistance, we concluded that chlorophyll fluorescence method is more convenient and less interfered than the traditional electrolyte conductivity method. Therefore, it was treated as a new method to identify the cold resistance of tea plants.
