茶叶中EGCG对小鼠抗凝血作用实验研究

Study on the EGCG from Tea on the Blood Anticoagulation Effect of Mice

摘要: 以ICR小鼠为模型,对小鼠抗凝血指标进行测定。实验表明,含EGCG 0.25、0.5、1.0g/(kg·d)剂量组与对照组比较能极显著延长小鼠尾出血时间(BT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),显著降低纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量,对小鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)没有影响。含0.5、1.0g/(kg·d)EGCG剂量组与对照组比较能显著延长小鼠凝血时间(CT)。由试验结果推测EGCG能抑制内源性凝血途径,延长凝血时间,具有较好的抗凝血作用。

Abstract: The effect of EGCG on blood anticoagulation of mice was evaluated in this investigation. Results showed that EGCG with doses of 0.25g/(kg·d), 0.5g/(kg·d) and 1.0g/(kg·d)could significantly prolong bleeding time of mice tail and activated the partial thromboplastin time compared with control group, effectively depress fibrinogen level, while EGCG nearly has no impact on mice prothrombin time. EGCG with doses of 0.5g/(kg·d) and 1.0g/(kg·d) could effectively prolong coagulation time compared with control group. It is calculated that EGCG could inhibit the intrinsic coagulation pathway and prolong the blood coagulation time. EGCG showed obvious blood anticoagulation effect.
