广西六堡茶“金花”菌的分离与分子鉴定

Isolation and Molecular Identification of Fungal Colonization on LiuPao Tea in Guangxi

摘要: 从广西银泰六堡茶厂2008年产(编号6918)的六堡茶中分离纯化得到一株特征菌株“金花”菌,用传统的形态学分离鉴定,观察菌落特征,并运用光学显微镜观察菌株形态。同时结合现代分子生物学DNA测序,在分子水平上对分离菌株进行鉴定。根据菌株的表观形态、光学显微镜和DNA序列分析,通过ITS序列同源性搜索比对及系统发育树的构建,确认该菌株为Eurotium niveoglaucum

Abstract: A strain of “Jinhua” fungi was isolated from Liupao tea which manufactured Guangxi Yintai Tea Factory in 2008 (No. 6918). The morphology of colony of the tested fungi was observed with microscope, and the tested fungi was identified in the molecular level by DNA sequencing. According to the characteristic of the morphology, microscopic as well as the DNA sequencing of the tested strains, it was identified as Eurotium niveoglaucum.
