摘要: 计算机视觉技术作为一种无损、实时、快速、客观、经济的检测方法,近年来逐渐应用于茶树栽培和植保、茶叶加工和审评等领域,并取得一定进展。本文简述了计算机视觉技术的检测系统在茶产业应用的原理、现状和发展前景,为计算机视觉技术在茶叶领域的应用提供参考。

Abstract: As a non-destructive, real-time, fast, objective and economical detection method, computer vision technology had been gradually applied in tea production including cultivation, plant protection processing, evaluation and other fields, which had made great progress. This paper briefly described the principle, current status and development prospects of computer vision technology in tea industry, which provided a reference for further application of computer vision technology in tea industry.
