茶叶中7种除草剂农药残留气相色谱–串联质谱测定

Determination of 7 Herbicide Residues in Tea Using Gas Chromatography - Tandem Mass

摘要: 建立了加速溶剂萃取提取(ASE),凝胶净化系统净化(GPC)样品前处理,气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定茶叶中7种除草剂农药残留量。茶叶样品用乙腈溶剂经ASE提取,GPC净化,乙酸乙酯/环己烷(等体积比)淋洗。GC-MS/MS采用多反应监测模式(MRM)。结果表明,在添加农药标准0.010、0.100μg/g时,7种杀虫剂农药的平均回收率为78.2%~93.6%,相对变异系数(RSD)(n=5)为5.8%~19.1%。方法检出限为2.0~8.0ng/g。该方法可靠,准确,灵敏度高,操作简单,自动化程序高,适用于茶叶中7种除草剂农药残留检测。

Abstract: A gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometric (GC-MS/MS) method has been developed for simultaneous determination of 7 herbicide residues in tea by accelerated solvent extraction (ASE) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) cleaned up. The target analytes were extracted with acetonitrile using ASE,eluted with ethyl acetate/cyclohexane (1:1), cleaned up by GPC. The detection of the target analytes was used GC-MS/MS with multi-reaction-monitor (MRM) mode. At the spiked levels of 0.010μg/g and 0.100μg/g, the average recoveries were from 78.2% to 93.6%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were from 5.8% to 19.1% (n=5). The limits of detection were 2.0~8.0ng/g. The method was simple, automated, reliable, accurate, sensitive and appropriate for the determination of 7 herbicide residues in tea.
