高效液相色谱法测定茶叶中烟酸的含量

Determination of Nicotinic Acid in Tea Leaves by HPLC

摘要: 利用高效液相色谱法单独对茶叶中常见的水溶性维生素—烟酸进行了测定。具体方法为:用Agilent 1100高效液相色谱系统,C18 4.6mm×150mm色谱柱,流动相:甲醇∶0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(1∶9),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长266nm。外标法测定茶叶中烟酸的含量,检测线性关系R2=0.9915,回收率为99.38%,RSD=2.18%(n=4)。研究表明,该方法操作简便,结果准确,具有较好的重现性与稳定性,可用于茶叶提取物中烟酸含量的测定。

Abstract: A method to measure nicotinic acid by high performance liquid chromatography was investigated in this work. Method: using Agilent 1100 HPLC series, C18 column (4.6mm×150mm), mobile phase of MeOH∶0.05mol/L KH2PO4 (1∶9), with flow rate of 1.0mL/min, and the detection wavelength at 266nm. The nicotinic acid curve was linear with R2=0.9915. The average recovery rate for Nicotinic acid was 99.38% with RSD 2.18%(n=4). Conclusion: the method is simple and has good reproducibility. It coulde be used for analysis of nicotinic acid in tea leaves.
