茶叶中吡虫啉农药残留的检测方法研究

A Method for Determination of Imidacloprid Residue in Tea with HPLC-UV

摘要: 茶叶样品经甲醇提取,二氯甲烷反萃取,再经ENVI-18小柱净化,采用液相色谱,紫外检测器检测,测定茶叶中吡虫啉农药的残留量。茶叶中吡虫啉的添加浓度为0.1、0.5、2.5 mg/kg,其回收率范围81.5%~87.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤10.2%,方法最低检出浓度为0.05 mg/kg,符合农药残留分析要求。

Abstract: A method was developed for determination of imidacloprid residue in tea by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detector. Imidacloprid in tea samples was extracted with methyl alcohol and re-extracted by dichloromethane then cleaned up with the ENVI-18 cartridge. Imdacloprid was eluted with acetonitrile:water(v/v, 30:70) solution from the cartridge and detected with HPLC. The recovery of imidacolprid ranged from 81.5%~87.9% with the RSD less than 10.2%. Practical determination limit was 0.05 mg/kg.
