摘要: 茶氨酸是茶叶特有的化学成分之一,对茶叶品质有重要影响。近年的研究发现茶氨酸有多种保健作用,非常具有开发前景。本文就茶氨酸的性质、生理作用、合成等进行综述。

Abstract: The recent researches have found that theanine, an unique and important component in tea plants, has many bioactivities, and made it get more and more attention. The property, bioactivities, and industrial preparation of theanine are reviewed.
